A well-run professional office community in Sarasota
Ringling Professional Center Association, Inc. is dedicated to maintaining a well-organized, secure and professional condominium environment in Sarasota, Florida. The volunteer Board of Directors focuses on efficient management, responsible budgeting and transparent communication with every owner.

See all FAQsClick "Owner Sign In" in the navigation menu. New owners can request access with the Register tab; an administrator verifies each request against the association ownership records and you receive an email as soon as your account is approved.
Approved owners can view announcements, meeting notices, board meeting agendas and minutes, insurance certificates, bids and quotes, applications, and the association's governing documents including the Declaration of Condominium, Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation.
Email info@ringlingprofessionalcenter.com, call 941-216-7965, or send a message with the contact form on this page. Messages are delivered directly to the association.
Use the contact form and choose your unit number, or email the association with a short description and photos if possible. Common-area items such as roofs, stucco, landscaping, parking and exterior lighting are handled by the association.
